Kezman, to me it gets worse as I think about it. 90,000,000 shares at current market looks pretty bleak. But do a 7/1 reverse split on the current holders at .01 and the price jumps to .07. Before it can fall the company dumps several million shares into the market. The result? Go figure! And the little guy? Well, go figure again.

Of course things like this never happen in the real market...it must be my imagination that plays this out.
That's it, my imagination and opinion.

we all knew the R/S was coming. I was expecting 1:10, so in a way I'm relieved.
The only reason I can see for the timing on this split is that LACC revenue is starting to come in. otherwise, why not wait and do the split just before the next 10Q. the pain for me won't start unless the company starts increasing O/S again, and the 10Q's don't continue a steady increase.
if they don't increase O/S for a couple of quarters, the EPS will look more and more impressive to new investors.
listening to that latest interview sure sounds like LACC is starting to do some serious work.

the real ridiculous part could turn out to be another buying oppurtunity, if the share price tanks back down to our current level after the R/S.
then I might just throw the kitchen sink at this investment, 'cause the EPS will hard to ignore.

JMHO,...and painfully so.
