I really don't think Rossmann needs to get into this company to sell stocks at a cheap price for money. He doesn't need to dilute shares for money. I truly believe he doesn't need to stoop that low. He's been involved in big business...successful big business I might add. He's in this because he sees the future in this company. He can't even sell his shares for another 2 years. How can he screw us by dilution if he's not getting a salary? HE CAN"T!!! In 2 years his shares will be worth a WHOLE LOT!!!! Remember, he's not getting a salary right now. The authorized share count hasn't changed in a while...I don't think there's been dilution by the company since they said it would stop. Yes, they've issued S8 for services, which have been sold into market, but not dilution. RICHARD SEES THE FUTURE, AND IT'S SO BRIGHT HE NEEDS TO WEAR SHADES. I don't want to sound like a pumper, but I see too much upside. I've seen R/S and been involved in one, and it worked out for the better. As long as the company has a legit. product, it works out for the best.
All my opinion,
Shane
