The Clintons unloaded $10M stock portfolio last wk immediately preceding the congressional Democrats new tax proposals on private equity. Those foolhardy tax proposals triggered a slide in the US stock mkt. Was the Clintons timing not too convenient?...could it not be classified as insider selling? The Clintons were invested in oil and all the other industries Democrats love to bash in order to promulgate their habitual class warfare strategy.

The spending going on does not represent only 1-2% of the top earners...you just do not understand the economy...at all...

Wrong again>94% of Americans say they're satisfied

By CHRIS MICHAUD

August 15, 2007 -- A surprising 94 percent of Americans say they are satisfied with their lives.

The Harris Poll of more than 1,000 people reported the overall "satisfaction" level, defined as people who said they were either very or somewhat satisfied with their lot, was up 4 percentage points, from 90 percent two years ago.
