If one feels his life is threatened in the home or on the street one no longer has the duty to retreat. If one is licensed to carry a concealed weapon one may, so long as one does not brandish it in public but keep it concealed except for when it is needed to defend oneself. ie one may not threaten with a gun, if you pull it you use it. jdn
