"This issue is going to come to a head now. Waxman is an attorney and a pit bull on stuff like this. He will move very quietly til he finds the noose to hang Cheney. I think its what Cheney does at that point that is key to how this administration will end."

Bush is just the public frontman / mouthpiece / flakcatcher of this unholy administration. Cheney operates with a total freedom from accountability. I doubt that he even KNOWS all the things Cheney has been up to.
