i agree with you, and your points of view should be put front and center with the amended rule news found on news search engines. i'm simply the messenger by sharing the sec news release and a front and center news clip about it. seems the individual person IS screwed by the exceptions concerning investment companies and certain other entities that make separate trading and investment decisions. your astute observations need to be read by more than who read this thread, as a news item to expose it for what it is.

Scream and scream loud. They think we're all so ignorant that we won't figure it out. Personally I'm going to have to read the rulings and your message over and over again to make it click myself. We all need to get together and get this Country back on track or we're going to find it ruled by something else. They are killing us from every angle. I know this sounds nuts but just think about it. They steal all the dollars naked shorting and manipulating. They steal tons of dollars keep people lazy on HUD welfare programs. They provide Social Security, welfare and low paying jobs to tons of illegal people who don't pay taxes into our system and send out tax revenues home. Then to top it off we're spending billions on a war we shouldn't be in, won't win and is killing our defenses. Ok. You tell me how far off I am? How much can you suck out of us before there's nothing left to take. That's how they are going to get us begging for the Amero. It's truly not a hoax. I see all this as a big puzzle. It isn't that hard to see if you put it together. Hope you all take me serious and talk about this. Not just here. We're in deep trouble if we don't put a stop to all this manipulation. If I knew what to do I'd do it but I don't have a clue what I can do.
