Don't be too sure it will fail in the House. The House doesn't have the same procedural privileges as the Senate has. If it isn't blocked in committee, it will almost surely go to the floor where there will be an up or down vote.

our only hope is for house to not pass a bill without first building and funding fences walls manpower equipment to control border. i am skeptical of democrat house passing this buying more votes with give away adds on for representatives pet projects back home again. what is the rush to make 12 million illegals , legal.. they are here and not going any where and most law enforcements do nothing about it. so let's stop the flow , post audit that it is working then address the other problems.
