just recalled a old friend of mine , a purchasing agent one time had to find razor wire for the new hampshire nuke plant (Seabrook) when it was under construction. he said he went all over the country trying to get his order filled. Most companies refused to sell it and eventually he found one and had it shipped to them. At the time the plant was under daily protest marches, vandalism etc.

If you were a rancher you couldnt afford such a fence. Thats the rub. I've met several of these rancher types, if they were only given a free hand to defend their property there wouldnt be a problem to begin with. Ones I have met are a pretty tough bunch, used to lifes hardships and often this land has been in their family since when the Indians were the threat. jdn
