I didn't know she was with Winning Brands. I watched WNBD go from 12 cents to sub-penny pretty fast. It is barely hanging on at .003. Her reputation seems pretty hazy if you believe all the rumors on this and other boards. Specifically the people she associates with in Canada. Apparently security laws are more forgiving across the border and legal activity there may be less acceptable here. I have been told privately to post a red flag by her name and watch carefully. I cannot give more detail than that. If you believe all the inuendo, then what makes this confusing, is the close association ACHI management has with her and her team. It doesn't seem likely that some on this team, who are trying very hard to build a viable company, would associate with that kind of reputation, if it is true. The spending of a billion shares, then reloading to spend again, seems to fit those rumors, though. But some of ACHI managements reputations don't fit that profile and a lot of the activity the company is going thru, if real, doesn't fit either. This one is a conundrum. I generally believe that where there is smoke, there is fire. There must be other things going on that I don't know about and can't find out about. Just what activities are going on at Americhip International in Ontario for example? That setup alone tells me there is more going on than just Investor Relations. But I could be wrong. Why is management concerned about a takeover at this stage in development and time? This is all my opinion, but keep doing DD and let's keep our eyes and ears open when Rhonda communicates.

Rhonda does seem to be pretty busy as a current corporate officer and Investor Relations Director with at least 3 start-up companies. Two of which, ACHI and WNBD have seen their share price fall to almost $0.00 during her tenure (ACHI at 0.011 and WNBD at 0.003). I'm still looking into MCCI. She either has bad luck picking companies, or may provide bad advice to young companies.

"Marketing Concepts International corporate strategy is to provide business development services to small corporations in exchange for a predetermined percentage of their net sales. MCCI's business plan does not rely on their client corporations to be profitable before they generate fees for MCCI and its shareholders."

Just a tidbit from another company Rhonda is associated with. I hope ACHI does not go down this path. It would be another tax that would limit earnings. Or are they already doing this in another way?

Good DD. That's what I call a post worth reading. Now it's up to readers to check it out.
