It amazed me how many people bought two story retirement home, 3000SF or better. With an upstairs master bedroom! Interesting. The stairs may be the least of their worries as the baby boomers get older and older. The big homes need more costly energy to heat and cool, more money to insure, more money to maintain and more money for taxes. Many of these people have a real awakening coming. steve
