No, it's the extremists neocons who believe the ends justifies the means (e.g.s torture, illegal abduction and indefinite internment, "enemy combatants", illegal invasion, occupation and destruction of Iraq (apparantly to attract Al Qaida there and wage war with them)). Neocons are profligate liars and Stalinesque spinners of the Big Lie.
