I just had to run out for an errand and, guess what? The car that hit my daughter's car is still parked near the intersection. I ran back home to get the camera to take pictures to document the amount of damage to the other car, which speaks to the speed she was going when she hit my kids.

Oh, I also took pictures of the roadway, which show no skid marks. It appears the dummy didn't even apply the brakes.

Speed limit on that street is 30 mph.

I opened the UIM claim with my carrier yesterday.
