What gets me is all the ads I see telling me I can save $400 a year by switching from State Farm to XXX. I only pay $320. Will they pay me if I switch?

People like that are a real mystery to me. Why they feel they can get by outside the law is amazing. These often are the same people who can afford the outrageous price of a carton of cigarettes or a six pack... every few days, but don't think they can afford to abide by the law. I doubt losing the license will prevent them from continuing to drive.
