She went to the doctor next day. I'm setting up another appointment this week. I agree. Insurance companies are in business to make money. Way they do that is to minimize paying on claims. If it's their insureds who are making the claim, they have every incentive to minimize the payout. One piece of advice a friend had, instruct the claims people that the PIP (personal injury protection) people are NOT to share information with the side of the company handling the UIM coverage.
