who has the congress in this decade anyway, mr. constitutional scholar and 2 million per year "high roller". We had a republican majority and they spent us to hell and back, obviously. Something we did not have in the 90s. Clinton would have veto'd pork spending like Halliburton and the "drug bill to help the elderly". Plus Clinton appointed TALENTED budget officials like Robert Rubin who had a brain. Bush is too dumb to to do that. But I know you know all this, mr. 2 million per year.
