Bad to whom? Let me tell you whom can be affected:
If you leave off exports, say OPEC, you'll have to draw down from your reserves since you exports will dry, less volume lower prices.

If you deend too much on a sole buyer: China depend on the US, you will be depressed.

Brazil has a nice spread of exports. If you look to the pie it is sliced nicely without over-dependency on a single buyer.

Commoditties' exuberance will disappear, brings down Brazilian Real make competive exports once again, real interest rates go down keeps momentum of the kick start of the internal market.
