Sure, the Fed has room to cut interest rates, since inflation is only 1.9 % -g-

If we get a big rally today, that is what tomorrow's headlines are going to look like:

"The stock market soared yesterday, recording the biggest one day gain in 11 weeks, on optimism that corporate profits will remain strong, declining long term rates, Goldman Sachs upgrade of GM and weak existing home sales report, raising expectations for an interest rate cut by the Federal Reserve"
