Think about it. More and more younger adults staying at home in parents McMansion in our overpriced coastal bubble markets will be an ongoing trend for years to come. So thinking out of the box here it is certainly bad for the housing industry but good for the overall economy as they have more disposable income for Ipods, other tecnho gadgets, flat screen TV's Starbucks, clothes, cars, vacations ect..<g>
