in regard to ....William J. O’Shea, vice chairman and director at Sepracor Inc., has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell 680,000 shares of Sepracor stock. How long does he have to wait to sell his 680,000 shares ... or do you think he is currently doing so.... or has completed his sale. gotta have a downward bias for the stock until that is out of the way
