He will not come out and openly say it, but make no doubt that is precisely what he believes should happen.


Apparently so. It's another example of applying a standard of morality to Israel that chides them for killing any of the enemy and protecting their own, while excusing the other side from deliberately killing civilians on both sides. This only encourages Hizbullah to kill more Lebanese next time. Probably they'll improve on firing from living rooms and preventing civilians from leaving town as they did last time. Probably they'll car bomb their own civilians and round up more tame media to photograph the bodies being carried back and forth. After all, it worked great at Qana last time.
