No, didn't know they don't have a pinks ticker, never thought about it ... but isn't that driven by brokers in the US? ... don't think the issuing company has anything to do with it on the pinks, those are considered ADRs or something, it's not a listing on an exchange ... i think you can get a company on the Venture registered for a pinks ticker just by asking your broker to do so, then you find out whether they value your business or not -g- [because it is likely a bit of extra work for them to do so] Not sure of the above, as a canuck i don't have to deal with it ... i do know that to list on a proper exchange like the Amex a canadian-listed company has to file a 20F form, which is the size and heft of a prospectus, and then do regular filings with the SEC like any US company, which only makes sense ... but the pinks are different, no rules no reporting, they'll trade anything from outright scams to foreign blue-chips

' looks like a 'pink sheet' was created for Kootenay> KOOYF.PK ' Message 23998404 - thanks Loach Yahoo shows no data or name using kooyf.pk, but on stockwatch.com it brings up Kootenay name and chart, no trades on the chart yet though - has anyone used this ticker yet, or tried? There are a whole raft of releases over the last few months that i haven't posted into the thread ... probably easier to read on the website anyway, it's in the header ... next release will likely be first results from Promontorio, expected 'around month-end', but of course all labs are running behind so who knows ... might be a release on ks.v making their six picks out of the big staking, and/or Connor results, and/or JJ ... so actually, who knows what's next, there is going to be an ongoing flow in any case
