GAV.WS question. I see that GAV has acquired the real estate put forth from the prospectus. Would you hold or sell these at this point as the acquisition has done nothing for the common share price?

Also isn't this d-day for HAPNW?

The logic is that one can acquire a decent bulk of shares (as they anyways often trade near cash) and then short as many warrants as possible.

Then vote against the deal, cover the warrants at $0 (or don't cover at all) and wait for the liquidation. The yield is often in the double digits.
