C, now you are being silly and literal. What mattered was what the person THOUGHT they were doing. They THOUGHT they were turning up the voltage. Maybe the acting was poor and lacked credibility which is why they turned it up some more. I don't think I'll bother with "The Lucifer Effect". I've explained that at least 60% of people such as you are intrinsically evil-doers, as demonstrated by their willingness to enslave others using their votes to take OPM. They simply adopt a civil fig leaf to cover their proclivities in the normal course of events. When turned loose to indulge their real natures, uninhibited, they give full flight to their evil-doing. There are always megalomaniacs stomping around going to the max to be alpha male. It's quite a mammalian trend, only ameliorating in humans as the atavistic DNA is gradually filtered out. Mqurice
