We send much more to Israel, where the average person needs a lot less than the average Palestinian, and Israel often plays games with the aid to the Palestinians. >If we really didn't give a crap about the Palestinians, we'd look the other way as Israel takes more extreme steps to secure their own land than what even Bush is comfortable with.
