You agree with Cheney that's not in the executive branch and therefore cannot be beholden to congressional oversight? That's directly against the Constitution of the USA. Cheney's excuse for not handing over his Enron energy papers was that he was in the executive branch and had executive privilege. Cheney is a huge-huge crook with tons of malicious criminal activity to hide. He is an enemy of this country. A big one. Bigger than any in the world probably. Just look at teh damage he's caused.
