I like your ideas.

It has always seemed to me that where our government could make a bad business decision, one that grossly cheated the taxpayers, it would. Sell gold or the strategic oil reserves at bottoms. Buy resources at tops.

I'm certainly in favoring of not selling below cost. That just seems stupid.
