They are delicious. Great candy bar replacements, unless, of course, one eats the whole box, which I am sometimes tempted to do :)

Today I went to out new Sprouts store and I loved it! It is small, not overwhelming like the Natural Market. THey have no canned goods, or non-food items. Lots of grainy, wonderful breads, lovely reasonable fruits and veggies, odd wines.
I bought some granola from a bin, and some fresh basil which comes with roots in water (maybe I could just plant it?) for pesto, and some great bread and dipping oil.
