I guess what I'm trying to say is that the people we need to demonize are the EMPLOYERS of illegals. When people such as yourself view the EMPLOYERS of illegals as the problem, more so than the illegals themselves, we're on our way toward SOLVING the problem. When an employer knows he'll be viewed the same as as we view a scum-sucking crack dealer if he hires illegals, he won't hire them. It's just a matter of forming attitudes and educating people. Why not groups of volunteer Americans that, instead of patrolling the borders, identify and publicize the law-breaking employers of illegals in their own communities? They could be publicized on websites, forwarded to newspapers, referred to the INS, the Border Patrol and the police. These are the people that are causing the problem, by giving the illegals jobs.
