I've never done that before but I couldn't watch an older man who was throwing up and just ignore it. I'm sure they pumped water into him because he was close to having a heat stroke. I didn't feel like the good Samaritan when I found out I had a military kid in my car - I felt obligated - I owed him - we all do

But it felt great and gave me a cheap thrill....there has to be good karma in there somewhere

I stop at a gas station that's managed by one of the nicest people you could meet. She's about 40, black and supports her mother and 3 kids. Always has a smile and a good word. Yesterday she asked me to be on the lookout for used patio furniture as she'd like to lounge on her porch. You buy used patio furnature here in April and May when people upgrade. Now the new stuff is on sale.

I had to go to WalMart for some bug spray and they had a nice chaise lounge on sale so I bought it for her. I told her it fell off a truck.

Today I went in and asked if she took a nap on it today and her mother butted in and said she was sleeping on it last night. Then she asked why I bought a new one and I explained the markdowns on out of season stuff plus since it was new no one had sex on it and it was safe to sleep on. That broke them up.
