Well, I hired my kids to mow the grass and do household chores many years ago. Does that count as as an employer? I'm pretty sure my kids were American citizens, though. One was born in Japan, so she may have been a bit iffy on her citizenship when I hired her, I really didn't check with the State Department before paying her.

Other than that, I don't have any dealings with employment practices of any sort, so take your insulting inferences elsewhere. That's such a typically liberal tactic...

The way to tell who's legal is to close the borders to any new illegals, and begin deporting illegals already here as they require government services in hospitals, schools, police arrests, etc. We won't get them all, but we'll get a lot of 'em, and a great many will leave on their own when they realize the gravy train made its last stop.

But that may be too simple for you -- no bureaucracy needed, and no infringement on the Constitutional rights of Americans.
