Can you elaborate why they are too tough to figure? IMO, they are not tough to figure, they just may not be cheap enough. ;) But that's what you said too. :)

I have read that article, should have linked to it in my post.

Presumably TOMO was supposed to be taken under by its major holder, so I did not look at it.

I am probably not going to buy them, since as I said my circle of competence lies in different area.

Ah, KONG. That one was a loser for me.

I am surprised how far down KONG and some others similar have fallen:

Fwiw:
All these (according to Yahoo) now have no debt and are trading close to, or below, cash/sh. That seems too odd to me. So I am cautious.

Something maybe about they are dependent on the big carriers like CHL for contracts or that they have to have connections political or business to ensure their viability? I would need more info./reassurance before I'd consider venturing in.
