As I understand string theory, the equations work out in 11 diminsions. I have no idea what that means, but the scientists say it with great conviction-lol.

I know Feynman is dead and thought you might misread my sentence, but was too lazy to rewrite it-lol.

My real poinst was htat 10 years in physics is a long time.

I was recently comparing 1980's Penrose's ideas with, my son in law, with 1990 Henning Genz ideas about the expanding universe and vacuum energy and Penrose never mentions it!

No one is smart enouhg to anticipate the next 40 yars.
