You have to wonder how the hedge fund defenders can do so with a straight face. On the boards, we've seen this week a further attack on HSOA by many of the regulars. It's been a successful trade for many of us. It's not a pinkie, non-reporting company. Those who defend hedge funds and the Anthony type tactics seem very threatened by its success in the face of a series of attacks by the basher community. Some are those like the "worm" who has been booted many times as a multiple alias rule breaker and a follower amateur anniebonny.

The latest is their crying in sympathy with the Lemon and whining about "hate mail." These characters are the worst hypocrites on the net. Most of their supposed DD involves attacking anyone who posts positively about a stock and, then, if they get a little back in return, cry from mama's villa as senor bashers.

Are there hedge fund connections? You be the judge. These characters often claim that there is no scamming on the "short" side, with their little universe populated by "good samaritans." Yet, one would argue that "good samaritans" are supposed to be "good," and not whiney little gossips who troll for any attack tidbit, no matter how silly, no matter how tangential.

From the HSOA board

=============================================================

Post from a Yahoo poster named Basehitz - I'd call it more of a homerun myself:

Some posters have taken offense to the level of discourse here. I understand. This is foul. I also am offended. I have been an investor and poster since 2000, and have never changed IDs. I have been a full-time trader nearly 5 yrs, and doing fine. I have rarely resorted to personal attacks on these threads. But I have NEVER seen this level of vile crap targeting this company and it’s shareholders. . . not EVER. I am fully persuaded that some of them, including some so-called analysts, are guilty of securities fraud and will stop at nothing to destroy this company. And the short position now is a desperate situation (for them), and they know it.

I think HSOA, a company built thru consolidation of a fragmented industry, has been innovative in it’s development and has a promising long term future. The early development has not been without mistakes. But the ship has been righted now and growth resumed. Not only do I see exceptional investment potential here, they also provide disaster recovery to people whose lives have been devastated by disaster. And through a creative acquisition strategy, they have assembled the talent, financing and corporate structure to do much more than the individual entities could do separately. If you ever need them personally, you will be very grateful. Yet, these unscrupulous fraudsters, aided and abetted by unethical bashers are doing everything possible to destroy them. These people have no conscience.

In the past, when bashers have patrolled the threads of an investment I own, I typically have tried to engage them in debate on fundamentals. Few of them will engage in a civilized debate. Their usual tactic is to selectively use data to distort reality and mislead investors. They know enough to be dangerous. But the scum that patrols this thread are the worst I have ever seen.
They post lies, misinformation, and personal attack seeking to destroy this company and put an end to the valuable service they provide. They also use naked shorting, another violation of securities law, to flood the market with phantom shares and collapse the share price. They attempt to trigger a domino effect, which could compromise financial standing of the company, their reputation, availability to capital and even jeopardize the survival of the company. I recently listened to a seminar on naked shorting where these villains actually destroyed legitimate companies thru this tactic. They destroyed people’s lives to make a trading profit where they had the wrong side of the trade but cheated to salvage the situation.

We know their games. I would prefer to engage in legitimate debate. But I will not let these gutter snipes rule this thread unchallenged. The trash that patrols this thread should be called out, and on the only terms they understand. Fight fire with fire. Expose them for the frauds they are and the frauds with whom they operate in concert. If my posts offend you, put me on ignore.
