It can be terrifying. It hit me on a flight from Orlando to Denver a few years ago. I was in a window seat about 25 rows back. I was a little bothered about the seating when I boarded, but told myself to forget it. 20 minutes into the flight, I passed out cold. When I came to, everyone thought I had a heart attack. I told them there's nothing wrong with me that an aisle seat won't fix. One of the passengers traded with me and I was fine the rest of the flight.

At plays, concerts or church, I have to have an aisle seat. I've been told this is curable, but I don't know how. My doc had no suggestions when I got a physical a few months later.
