" Your unsettlement has caused you to make up something again I do NOT think that. Now stop exaggerating (or in my book "lying") and stick to trying to badly make some sort of case for what you believe. You obviously cannot begin to understand what other people think. Give us all a break, and just talk about yourself- even though it's boring it's way better than when you attempt to tell us about other people. You and I get in to it because you can't seem to stop lying about me.

Yours is the correct position I don't think mine is correct. It just- is. We were with American Airlines at the time, and my best friend's husband was in the air when it happened. She and I sat together holding hands for many hours, glued to the tv, both fielding and making phone calls to our airline friends. THe week after the planes were flying again, I had to take a trip, and I was terrified. I cried when I got on the plane. We can't help our visceral reactions to traumatic things. We can only decide to act in spite of them. I thought it was important to get back in the air, to say to the terrorists, "you won't change our lives", but I felt like the mayor's wife in Jaws having to get in the water.
