They are mostly on cell calls and checking make up in the mirror as well as driving irresponsibly! They won't be doing that too much longer. The "No Cell Phone Glued to the Ear While Driving" law kicks into effect July, 2008. Not sure why they couldn't have an earlier effective date.

For some reason everyone thinks that being in a car is worse than having a root canal and they just have to get where they are going NOW. Old, young, woman, man.........everyone is in a huge hurry. I'm not the kind to slow traffic down, but I actually like taking road trips but it is getting harder and harder to enjoy the scenery.
