(And WHO recommended a 300,000 to 350,000 force deployment to secure the occupation of Iraq? And then WHO retired him a month before the invasion? And... just who tossed out three years of inter-service planning for the occupation --- by the Pentagon/CIA/Foreign Services and the best Middle Eastern experts available --- just two months or so before the war... and decided to go instead with a sketchy 'back of the envelope' type of 'plan' drawn-up by a [Middle Eastern inexperienced] bunch of mostly civilian 'neocons' and Iraqi conmen? :-(
