Im out of nto.decided i had it covered with my thn huge position in edv. cant advise you on holding or selling at this juncture. ahm keeps reporting problems but i think RAS situation is vastly different. I continue to like it. according to what iheard on a recent presentation their $4billion of residential loan is almost all single family jumbo type,average LTV is 73% avg fico score is above 730. They did the credit work themselves so there is no agency support. current yield is 12.5%.
