16 Dems voted against it.

So better than a quarter of the Senate voted against party lines. That's about as "nonpartisan" as you get these days.

I've seen her and think shes good. OTOH, need more than 3 Dems.

There were quite a number of Dems who voted against the bill. I was surprised. If Kennedy and Reid don't get that their bill won't fly now, they'll never get it.
