Shrink just writes a prescription anyway, I see mine twice a year, a five minute consultation. I use my medication a couple of times a month, twenty-four 1mg doses a year. My doc says you can take it once a day without problems so I figure twice a month is ultra-safe. He says the people you see drinking on flights would be better off taking an anti-anxiety medication. The thing about phobias is they are by definition irrational so trying to make sense of them is pointless imo.
