"We need a REAL Barbed wire RAZOR Fence. Not this B.S." Rent a pickup. Drive it out into the countryside. Find a fence. Drive right over it. Rent a pickup. Drive it to Home Depot. Rent some boltcutters and heavy duty wirecutters - you can even rent gas powered versions. Find a fence. Cut it down. Use the pickup to drag it out of the way.
