'..forclosure defense attorneys are stopping evictions and forclosure because the company moving to forclose does not have proper paper work and may not even be the company that owns the mortgage! Totally farked situation..' Yeah all these financial shenanigans in the end involve the lawyers to sort it all out. Wall Street won't be able to raise the magic wand and just make it go away. Or do they just get Paulson to buy all these homes at 130 cents on the dollar, give the consumer cash, avoid litigation and keep em dark for a couple of years till the markets get back in balance?
