There is no survey of the "entire media". So one has to use samples. That is perfectly valid.

Liberals clearly outnumber conservatives in the MSM by about 4 to 1. Thats a reasonable conclusion from the various surveys that have been done.

Weird, you are arguing liberals aren't over-weighted in the MSM, yet you are also claiming the country as a whole is majority liberal.

I don't think you even believe your own arguments.
