Thanks Marcos ! Yes ! that's why I'm long NGX, and have been considering EPM.

AUR Resources had an operating cash flow in the first quarter of $79Million. That's about $316M for four quarters, and its market cap is $3,126 M. Therefore market cap = ~10x operating cash flow. Nostradameus quotes a prediction that EPM will have cash flow of $120M in 2008. 10x cash flow would be a market cap of $1,200M. If you divide by the fully diluted 395M shares, the 3 loonies per share mentioned earlier is not too far off, (using todays parameters).

The future is a moving target. That's why Koan is right when he says, "Who knows ?". We have only the present to use in our assessment. Is there a better way of guessing ?
