I have a distinct problem with Constitutional Rights being extended to the terrorists at Guantanamo and to illegal immigrants. Seems to me those at Guantanamo are prisoners of war. How can these people come under our Constitution when they are not citizens or legal immigrants who are in the process of obtaining citizenship. We have let the immigration questions go for almost 20 years as we assimilated people who are illegals--------time to get a handle on this. My vote for President in 2008 and for the Congress will go to those who close the open door and assess where we are in terms of who belongs and who doesn't. America can't be home to everyone. mj
