Your site purports that the the United States has more people in jail/ capita than any other country. This indicates to me that we try harder to maintain law and order in the US.

Well then, we're failing.

Since 9-11, about 100,000 Americans have been murdered right here in America by Americans.

Our murder rate is 3 times or more that of countries like the UK, France, Germany, Spain, etc.
