Nothing much different than I have made here many times. You can argue that MM is an asshole or you can argue the facts. The former makes you a naked partisan the latter makes you a policy wonk. Take your choice, regardless of which side you are on. re: How about North Korea demonstrate that their citizens are well-fed just by focusing on the elite residents of Pyongyang? Nothing relative that I can discern.
