You're right about that cake....What we SHOULD do with it, is cut it, and put it into wax paper sections and then freeze the pieces....then when serving, cut each section in half.... 4 layers of lush chocolate cake and filling is a LOT of Richness to say nothing of a bag full of calories!!

My BIL is in LOVE with the biscuits and gravy plates...He's skinny as a rail, and loves everything like that. Pecan pie is his very favorite....with a few scoops of vanilla ice cream....<ggg>

They have a breakfast with biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon or ham and hash browns. One serving is enough to feed a football team.

I'd call that a real arterey plugger breakfast!

I never was fond of biscuits and gravy, but I do like chipped beef on toast.
