LIAR! CLinton was never offered Bin Laden. That is a big fat Hannitized rightwing LIE. The line the rightwing propaganda jocks are refering to was taken out of context. It applied to a Clinton statement about 1995 before we even knew Al Qaida existed. In fact Al Qaida was formed in 1995 and we did not have evidence Osama was guilty until late 1996 or early 1997. We did not know they blew up the USS Cole until February 2001 on Bush's watch. Bush did absolutely nothing. CLinton tried to kill Osama more than 150 times.
