Whiskey Pecan Pie Recipe

This pecan pie recipe was shared by DocDonald.

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups unsulphured blackstrap molasses
2 tablespoons Jack Daniel's Whiskey 2 tablespoons Bourbon
4 large eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans
1 pie crust, prepared, 9- to 10-inch
PREPARATION:
Beat all ingredients well, except pecans. Stir in pecans, pour into a pie crust and bake 40 to 45-mins. at 350°.

I made it for Sarkie and her husband plus some other guests and we loved it.

I put the hot sauce on the table as some wanted more spice. I also added some Tony Chacheres to the mix..
